If you find yourself wandering through the scenic avenues of Diamond Harbour, Sunset Point Café beckons with the promise of a delightful culinary experience, set against the backdrop of a breathtaking view of the Ganges. This rooftop café, though understated from the outside, encapsulates a warm and inviting atmosphere that draws you in, making you feel right at home.

Sunset Point Café excels in offering a satisfying array of non-vegetarian dishes that cater to the palates of both locals and visitors. Indulge in their Fish Mustard Sauce, where the succulent fish paired with a rich mustard sauce delivers a burst of flavors. Alternatively, the Chilly Garlic Chicken and Stir Fried Schezwan Chicken offer a tantalizing kick for those who appreciate a bit of heat in their meal. Each dish is crafted with care and attention, ensuring that your taste buds have a memorable outing.

Additionally, the diverse selection of refreshing mocktails like the Blue Lagoon and Virgin Mojito quench your thirst while adding an element of fun to your dining experience. Patrons often rave about the luscious flavors, particularly in the creamy Alphonso shake that transitions you to a tropical paradise with each sip!

The ambiance at Sunset Point Café, described as a bit lively, is where the magic truly happens – especially in the evening when the sun dips below the horizon, casting gold and crimson hues across the sky. However, as some reviewers pointed out, the energetic atmosphere might not suit those looking for a quiet retreat, especially with the new hookah initiative that invites a younger crowd. Still, for those in search of a vibrant setting to enjoy with friends, this café provides a perfect backdrop for celebration.

Feedback from visitors like Rahul Chandra Bag highlights the café’s homey vibe, where returning often feels like visiting long-lost friends. Yet, it’s advisable to visit on a night when the ambiance aligns with your preference for an enjoyable experience — case in point as mentioned by Pankaj Mondal regarding youthful exuberance that could lead to a bit of chaos.

For those planning a culinary adventure in Diamond Harbour, Sunset Point Café is both a local favorite and a hidden gem where good food and great company go hand in hand. Whether you're out for a casual meal or a raucous night with friends, you'll leave with delightful flavors and picturesque memories etched in your mind.

Yesterday, I visited this cafe with my friend. Foods were good enough but ambience was very bad due to newly started hookah in the same room where people’s of all ages were present. Not only that, there were some young people dancing on the way to go to exit point and Balcony side. I was telling them to move aside to reach to Exit point. All staffs was just watching. So, I recommend this cafe to go with your friends not with your family.

Looks more like a lodge from the outer, this café is a particular rooftop cafe with a bountiful view of the placid, yet majestic Ganges. It's located a few hundred metres from the riverbank. We had chicken egg biryani, chilli chicken(gravy), and mocktails- blue lagoon, Alphonso shake and chocolate lush. Taste was averagish. Chilli chicken wasn't upto the mark. Mocktails were luscious. The price end was medium to high. It's a recommendable place for a group of friends having a celebration of any sort. Happy dining!

Very good restaurant! The pizza here is my favorite! The pizza here will beat dominos pizza and Pizza Hut pizza.
